PHP Function (1)

We are developing an application and we need to speed up the work. We have PHP functions to be developed and we need a programmer that offers the service in micro-stages. We will specify the PHP functions, distributing here in isolated tasks, paying by hour (microjobs). Here's the first function (pure PHP, no frameworks, no objects to be installed on the server): - - - - FUNCTION 1 - CSV IMPORT PHP, where we can: 1 - Inform the CSV path of files with GB size, previously sent via FTP to the PHP file folder with the function. 2 - Inform the path Mysql, user and database (empty, without columns defined) and the name of the table to be created for the csv to be imported. 3 - Create table (+ columns) Mysql naming the columns automatically (in Mysql) according to the first line of the CSV 4 - Need a previous scan: If the entire column only has numbers, in the Mysql store as INTEGER.
