Fix responsive issue on wp- site

1. Mobile: there is white text over the picture of girl performing splits...could you reduce the font size. I think on the mobile its too large.
2. on the mobile in safari the websites sticks when scrolling and keeps taking you back tot he top of the page.
Expert must be good in responsive. Pls make my website Responsive good on all web browsers, mobile and tab.
I need full time freelancer having his own demo server, i ll provide the website backup.
