Development firm is seeking freelance Javascript developer to make alterations to existing javascript code. The code is object oriented, makes use of the DOM and the Sciptaculous library. It is a drag and drop tree used within a content management system to order pages. The JS updates some hidden input tags for each node as it is moved to a new location in the tree. We would like to add a new input and supporting JS to update the attributes of the tag. And, change the behavior of the code that updates an existing hidden input tag. Also, would like to add a tissue box feature. Currently, the JS allows nodes to be dropped from one tree to another. Would like to add another type of tree that replenishes the nodes within when they are dragged to another tree. Candidates must be proficient in JS and Object Oriented Programming and must be available to communicate with us during business hours 9-5 US Eastern time.
