447686 PHP/SQL List/Tree Menu

Hi, I am working with a PHP Knowledge Base application with categories, sub categories, sub-sub categories etc. There is this function for the main menu but it only shows top level categories, it does not show any sub categories. [login to view URL] I would like someone to modify the function to show all categories, including subs/sub-subs, in a list based (menu) structure with proper hierarchy.
