Redesign of existing web-site

We are looking for a talented web designer mastering Drupal or Wordpress, CSS, HTML5 or Flash. The design should stay exactly the same. At the moment we're using a homebrewed CMS but we want move to an open source CMS such as Drupal or Wordpress. Hence, this job includes creating a Drupal (or Wordpress) theme for our page, taking care of i18n, installing plugins which simplify admin activities e.g. WYSIWYG editor, copying the contents to the new page, implementing a multimedia player either from scratch or based on open source. Needless to say, all content pages need to be editable by the administrator. The requirements for the media player are that it must behave and look like the current one, and that the media files can be changed either through a user interface or a XML document residing on the server. The implementation can be either done in Flash or HTML5 - please specify in you proposal which technology you would go for and why that makes sense to you. Regarding the URL design of the site we are fairly flexible, hence a new URL schema (still using clear urls though) can be introduced. Last but not least we need a documentation in which you describe the plugins used, and other technicalities which might be of importance for future development of the web-site. We are only interested in high-quality solutions and are interested in a potential future collaboration.
