CMS including image and video gallery for existing website

Hi everyone, I have an existing website at [login to view URL] it is complete, some of the pages do not have content but not many, it has a horizontal menu at the bottom and the submenus appear upwards from there, what I need is either this site converting into something maybe wordpress, joomla etc etc so that it can be updated online via an admin area or a CMS for the present site, it needs to have the following:
the ability to update page content, it needs an image gallery on the media/gallery page and a video gallery on the media/video page, there is a news section on news/latest news section which need the ability to add news so it displays part of the news with a "read more..." link that opens up the news fully below the short version of the news text or opens in a lightbox window, the news also needs to be controlled from admin. It needs the ability to take the content of the forms (there are 2 forms, one is on stockist/become_stockist, the other is just a contact form on contact us page) the content of these forms needs to be saved somewhere in admin so it can be read, also used so that admin can send out newsletters so it will need a newsletter section. It has social media buttons top right of every page so the ability to direct these to each social media account will be needed, this bit is IMPORTANT, the site MUST remain EXACTLY as it looks now, no change in design whatsoever please!!, I have seen many sites such as mine that have either been converted into a wordpress type template so it can be updated and a newsletter system incorporated or sites that have had a CMS added so all of the above can be achieved so, if anyone can defintely do this so the site remains looking the same with the features I have requested then please bid and many many thanks to you all for looking, cpanel and ftp details will be given to the winning bidder, thanks
