application using email,outlook

This application should be easy to use for any computer user. It needs to have an address book, and options to select who will get a certain message. It needs to process messages sent to a users outlook and email outlook messages. It needs to be able to import outlook address book (or directly access outlook contacts). In the program the user will choose what contact to send a message. All contacts that are sent messages get put in the database as users details-messages sent. The user then selects radio buttons for urgency of message, reply not needed, and then type in details of email. Program creates random string into email text. Program then looks at outlook for a reply (or return receipt) of that email with the random string. It processes that email and may popup an alert on screen that message has been recieved. It keeps track of this message and who it was sent to in a small database that comes with the program. I might also be ok with the application code being open source, but my version will be slightly different than the open souce version as I want to market my product and services based on this system. More details will be sent to coders interested in project. I need an application created that interfaces with Microsoft Outlook. Ideally it would also be able to run in the system tray, and easily interface to outlook like this program: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows 2000/2003/xp.
