Youtube Photobucket Flickr all in one

We have purchased a hosting account and the domain name. Joomla default is set up on it now as default but anything will be ok with a good admin interface. We are wanting a similar site like photobucket, tinypic flickr, youtube or fotolog, all the login back end is done because of joomla being installed. My limit on each sql database is 1Gb so user pictures and videos dont need to be stored there, just their login information. Just need a nice design and a way for people to purchase different products after they have reached the limit (all these parameters can be discussed later ie. cost, space limit) i also would like for there to be a use your facebook account to login option and also use the facebook like and comment so that they can share with facebook. When the user uploads a photo or video they should be able to tag their photo so that search engines can find it. We will have video, photo, comment on other peoples photos and videos, option to make your stuff private or public. We really like the way photobucket is set up. Not sure where to start the bidding at. I have also set up a test account at photobucket if someone would like it. If this website becomes popular we will need a full time admin to keep everything updated.
