Worpdpress site

I need a creative design for my new blog site. Site will be in spanish, but i guess that is no problem but for a few details. I use wordpress... Theme must be eye catching and neat, basic theme is night, shadows, since the blog is called insomnes (insomnia in english), but it doesn't have to be dull and grey. Looking for a fast designer that can create a few nice graphics, headers... and a neat design. The designer must create the design and implement it in my server. The temporal site is [login to view URL] but it will go in an alternate url. Selected designer must be reachable and creative and must suggest ideas for the project.
