Website optimization and Third Party Booking Software

Project Scope: Optimize Current Website Build Site Infrastructure including adding animated Logo Integrate Third Party Scheduling Software     • I have a website that has already been designed and at the moment can be viewed at this following hosting address: [login to view URL]   • These files are on the same server, I can also email you the zip file.   • Timeline:  I need all work completed and turned over to me no later than 21 days from project start.   • I will be available 24/7 to offer feedback on anything you require.   Here is what needs to be done:   Site Infrastructure needs to be laid out:   1. The flow of the website from the customers point of view goes like this:   b. Squeeze Page / Landing Page i. The Customer first gets sent to a "squeeze page" where they see a commercial video that will be hosted on you tube and embedded into the landing page[I will provide it] and are offered a free report relative to the service we provide in exchange for their name and email address's etc.   ii. You will create the squeeze page and make it work as described.  I will provide form code or you can use it from existing form on main website now and tweak the HTML code to work on squeeze page.  Video can be on you tube and embedded into squeeze page if that works fine.   iii. Squeeze page should have an option at bottom that allows user to say no thanks so they then can go to main site.     2. K9 Pearly Whites Main Animation   a. After the customer places their information into the optin box or clicks on no thank you they will next will be brought to a main page where they will only see an animated logo [Version #: Where the dog chases his tail] play [I will provide the animated logo] and then redirect to the main website next. This will be hosted on youtube and inbeded into the page.  I will provide the HTML code for embedding.   3. K9 Pearly Whites Animation on the homepage Itself a. After the main animation plays the user will be brought to the homepage of the website. b. You will be given a second logo [Ver #2] animation [slightly different than version #1] a file to upload so each time a user clicks on a tab the logo will briefly animate for 16 secs after every click.   I will provide this to you.     4. IPhone and Ipad Compatibility   a. You must optimize the website to do the following: b. The website must adjust when viewed on a mobile device such as iphone or ipads.  This includes any video on the site playing on these devices.   Video can be on Youtube and embded into site and that should work on iphone and ipads. c. You must optimize it so it loads fast and without hang ups. d. You should view site on a mobile device and check for errors not me.   5. The Business is a service-based business for cleaning dogs teeth.   a. The web domains are as follows: [login to view URL] that redirects to [login to view URL] Pearly Whites.com. b. You will make changes and upload site to go [login to view URL] and check for errors and ensure site infrastructure is as requested above.       Third Party Booking System 1. Booking System b. The website will be both for information but also would like customers to be able to book their own appointment with an online a third party scheduler. We will use the scheduler provided by [login to view URL] c. The customer will visit our page and click on book now and you will need to intergrate a pop window over [login to view URL] so the customer can book their appointment within this menu d. Also you will have to fix the current website as part of the above as right now the website is linked to goggle calendar and has a data base for it for an integrated booking system. 2. Admin Panel a. The Admin Panel for managing pages etc appears to not work correctly.  I will need this looked at and also an option to rename the tabs on the site from with the admin panel.
