Synchronisation of a web portal + Design + mobile API

Hi everybody, We are looking for a qualified team to launch as soon as possible our web portal. The selected team will have to : I- For the Website - Create new web design for the portal - Correct the mistkes of the script (PHP Mysql) - reorganise and secure the login (different users types) - Add a "photos module" allowing users to upload their photos, the last uploaded will be shown on the index page as "photo of the day". - Add a "video module" allowing users to upload their videos, the last uploaded will be shown on the index page as "video of the day". - add a video "online courses module", only paid members will have access to these videos for a limit period time (1month). - Add "Polls" module - Create an e-shop for the portal (oscommerce), or just copy and reorganise an existing script of the "book-shop" of the portal. II- Mobile API - Create an Iphone application allowing users to: * order a product using zip code or city name to search for a shop, and automatic listing of shops using geo- localisation. * Coupons (like GROUPN) automatic listing on the index page using also geo-localisation More details will be answered by emailing.
