Need a small back office and/or user interface

Hello,

I have a website with a landing page that will collect lots of traffic. The converting traffic will be treated as members to a group of current affiliates of a main website. The idea is to make the process exceedingly simple for other joining affiliates. Instead of each member learning how to set up separate landing pages and embedding a video, they should be able to market just 1 site and their referrals need to enter their referral ID so that they can get credit. Now here's the catch, each new affiliate/member of the team has their own individual set up link from the main company we are affiliates of. I need a programmer to set up a website or backoffice that will link the referring affiliates to their referrals then pass over those referrals to their individual affiliate links. Basically a funnel type ordeal.

After the referral becomes an affiliate or new member. Instead of marketing a link, they can market one web page with their own reference ID # for the main website. In addition to becoming a new affiliate, because they setup service through our landing page with our team of affiliates, they will have access to our back office including video training pdf downloadable marketing materials, ecommerce products, educational readings,membership tips forums, and the direction towards other affiliate programs that all members choose to become a part of.

This back office will include 3 step sections that will be locked off to other company (affiliate) setups until the member of our team has completed the steps of the previous section. They will have to send me proof of qualification to be able to move to set 2 or 3, I would like the choice of unlocking this access manually. That's it so far. I will plug in the info as I need to and like to customize the visuals. Right now I just need a plat form setup to work from.

I truly hope I'm not confusing anyone. Please email me if you need further explanation of what I am looking for.

In short, I need the following:

(a) my landing page converted to a more dynamic page

(b) a setup where users can create their own usernames and have a control panel where they can enter their referral ids for various programs

(c) for referral links to have a variable that will be placed in that variable place, for example:

User creates account: ApplesOranges

Main template will have the following for ALL new users by default:

URL1/landing/{user}

URL2/landing/{user}

In user backoffice will be name like:

[url1] RealResidualIncome ref id = {user puts ref id here}

[url2] ResidualGoldMine ref id = {user puts ref id here}

This reference id name will be attached to an actual landing page for the external link, in which the natural referral id will need to be replaced as a variable, thus having the new links able to be setup like [url1]/{username}
