Your sample workbook notes are very clear, but I do have 3 questions:
1-Which version(s) of Excel will be using this workbook?
2-Approximately how many users will use it?
3-How would you estimate the user's experience level(s) with Excel (beginner, advanced, power user, etc.)?
Answering these questions will help me understand how much/what type of error handling will be needed.
