Database/affiliate tracking

I need someone experianced in writing with mySQL and php for the database. I have most of the pages written but they may need some tweaking. I need to be sure that the downloadable exe. is installed so that people can not curcumvent the credit card info and hit the download. I also need the down load page to be randomaly generated. I need self replacating web sites under my URL for affiliates because I am running a fund-raiser for the national PTA, PTO Church and other tax exempt groups. example... "http:[login to view URL]" I also need to be able to generate random download pages for tech support as customers may have to reinstall the program…. I am working on this as a fund-raiser for the national PTA, PTO Church and other youth oriented groups, refered to as “affiliates?? from here on. Each affiliate need to fill out an application that I have on my [login to view URL] application page comes to my Outlook for review but I need it on the database as well as “Pending??, “Approved?? or “Denied??. When an “Approved?? applicant site is generated they need to be able to access the database in a limited way, as in only seeing the # of sales generated in real time. No sensitive information will be given to them such as e-mail addresses, phone numbers ect…. For privacy reasons. That will only go to the Master Admin page for tech support. The Master Admin password will show all. Each affiliate, and all stats…. Can look them up under affiliates or under e-mail or even search dates by months. I guess this is just an overview. Most of the work is finished but just not running well. An experianced coder should be able to complete this in a few days. I need to make this simple and easy for the inexperienced to use. I have used Rentacoder for thousands of dollars and am a well rated buyer. I’m just not on my PC. Ian will tell you that.
