Searchable calendar application, online web searching of a large .ical file exported from Google calendar

I have a huge calendar in Google calendar that I export as a .ical file. The calendar contains thousands of events in the past and future. I now need an application to search in this calendar outside of Google calendar. I want a separate application on a separate website, with a webinterface where anyone can do many different searches in this file. I also want to be able to merge serveral .ical files into one file. Future development: Possibly I want users to be able to create an account and have their former searches there. Altert system etc etc. The first round here is for a pre project. I will award USD 10 to the best suggestion for how to do this project. After that we negotiate how to do the actual project. Please list how you suggest to do it, and how you can help me take it forward. I would prefere to use a ready made software, preferably GPL, if there is such a software out there. Any interesting solution is appreciated. Thank you.
