164611 Geoclassifieds Fix & Mods

I am looking for a Geoclassifieds Enterprise (v 3.0.2) EXPERT who can perform some fixes and a few modifications to my script. I recently upgraded my script from the previous version (2.0.5.2). The first 2 problems I need fixed URGENTLY. The rest I would like completed within a week. 1. Fix TinyMCE -- It is producing this error: [Exception... Put Admin's version of TinyMCE on client side. The client-side TinyMCE is very scaled down and doesn't allow users to easily use HTML or see code to edit. (It's not working correctly anyway -- probably due to above error.) 3. Get new SEO Add-On feature working. The instructions are beyond my level of comfort (file attached). This add-on will change the listing pages to static. I do understand that the non-listing pages (i.e, About Us, etc.) will remain .php -- which is okay with me. I believe Geodesic is working on an improved SEO add-on which will include those pages. 4. Subscription upgrade option does not appear in My Account area. Option to upgrade to an annual subscription should appear under "My Account Information". I've changed the settings several times to try to get it to appear, but no luck. 5. Report Abuse link on listings currently launches email addressed to webmaster. Instead, I would like to link to a submittable form page (which you will create) that automatically adds the listing ID being reported and username and email address of member reporting abuse. Option available only to registered members. Will provide copy -- but looking for something similar to [login to view URL] 6. I would like photos in listings to display like they do in the Geodesic demo. See this page for example: [login to view URL] Currently, the images are shown side-by-side like old version. 7. Fix Message Settings. Message Settings in the My Account area show that email communications are set for Public. Would like the radio button to be set to Private by default. This might simply be an option in the Admin, but I can't find it. 8. Addition to "List an Item" form page. Add label or note to the right of the email address textbox field that says: Email address is only used by the system to email you inquiries from other members through our "contact seller" form. Your email will NOT be displayed in your listing. 9. Another addition to "List an Item" form page. Add note under "Description" label (in RED but same font type/size as the other notes already appearing under other labels). Note will say: [Use caution when using your email address in listing description. Click here to learn why...] The word "here" will be linked to a pop-up explanation page (that you'll create). Text for explanation will be provided to you. 10. Modification: Create option in Admin so that I can add money to members' accounts (if possible). NOTE: I can live without this mod right now (especially if it's going to be expensive), so please state in your bid whether or not your bid includes #10. Payment will be sent through Scriptlance.
