We are looking for someone who can be a jack/jane of all webtrades - we have a customer who owns multiple websites on more than one dedicated server. We take care of the websites, making sure they are running correctly, that we have all supplier/dropshipper information, that emails & payment processors are set up and running correctly. We occasionally do redesigns of the sites, from something as simple as new logos, or creating brand new layouts. Many of the sites are turnkey sites, some affiliate site, some adult sites, and many based on one version or another of OSCommerce. Your job, if you should choose to accept, will be to work with us randomly, but permanently. We cannot guarantee a set amount of hours per day/week, but CAN gaurantee there will ALWAYS be work. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for someone to work with us on a job-to-job/week-to-week basis, invoicing us per week, so we can invoice our customer. We are not looking for someone at $35 or $50 an hour, but rather someone who will charge by the piecework, week by week, a fair amount for the labor involved. As an example, if you're willing to transfer a website from one server to another via FTP, for $10-$15, then you might just be the person we're looking for! OTHER REQUIREMENTS: You must have Excel, as we keep track of this customer's sites via worksheets. Nothing complicated, just be able to view and modify once in a while. Be able to handle many emails coming in over a short period of time with instructions to follow. Be able to design & modify basic websites. Familiar with mySQL databases, and how to 1) create a database, 2) import .sql files from text files, or from another myphpAdmin. Be able to configure simple .php script-based sites when installing or troubleshooting. Alot to ask - BUT, there will always be work! Want someone dependable, who can communicate via MSN messenger at any time during working hours, (and after if possible). This isn't full-time!
