The project is to design a small marketing site with e-commerce to allow for online purchasing. The site will inittialy launch with maybee a half to a dozen products. The product category is stainless steel sinks and fittings and possible custom counter tops. The site will need to talk about the products, the compnay, waranties and terms of service and guarentees. Is will aso have CAD drawings of the products and provie the ability to download instuction files for computer driven tool to cut holes etc in counter tops. From a merchnat perspective, use profilles with order history, shipping details and payment detais wiould be most usefull. The site should be configurable so that content can be easilly added. I have heard that OsCommerce is a good product to use for the commerce site ? I\'m open to suggestions

You are talking about a similar ecommerce site that i have built for a home plans web site. I only need to recustomize it with graphics and tailor it for your specific needs. Functionality is tested and guranteed. site was built using SQL Server database. It also needs to be reset to use mysql for cost effectivness. Experience building web site exceeds 8 years.

Hi Simon, I can certainly build a site which is more than adequate for your requirements. I would rather build a bespoke site rather than OSCommerce as it can be made to suit your needs much better. I can\'t see the price being more than my quote. Hello. It\'s a pity, but I can\'t provide a portfolio with similliar work. I regard your project as easy-to-create using even only a raw PHP platform without any third-party solutions like OSCommerce etc. Your needs are clear to me and could be fulfilled in a half month. I have worked on similar project and I exactly know how it can be implemented. For secure transaction it is always better to let a authorization system based outside your website (and there are a few sites providing it) what I will concentrate is produce the GUI and backend for collecting data. You have to specify the server OS you are going to use to upload the site. Thus if it is Windows NT server, it is always advisable to go for ASP for handling server side. I can assure you that the system will be functional, up and running within 16 days. We will show a demo of the same in our server and only when you are satisfied we will ask you to pay.
