Convert Joomla site to new custom database

I have an existing Joomla site [[login to view URL]][1] We are having trouble performing all the funtions we need.? What would like take to convert this out of Joomla into a custom MySql database driven by php to manage coupons, banner ads and contests? Coupons - Need to be reorganized so that Sort by Business and Sort by Name are on the top on either side of a page title - the previous & next navigation on the coupon pages needs to stay at the bottom - the category drop down box can disappear - Need to be changed so that the coupon lists the following one after the next for up to x coupons per page that can be printed on one page -- Left side should be a logo of the advertiser 125x125 -- Right side should contain the following --- Offer (1 line of 30 characters) --- Description (2 lines of 40 characters per line) --- Name, Address, Phone # (2 lines of 40 characters per line) --- Disclaimer (2 lines of 40 characters per line) --- Expiration Date, Print Coupon, Print Page (1 line) where print coupon will open the coupon in a new window for printing and print page will print the entire page of coupons - make a form to enter coupon in the form described above - need a section for businesses to login and ad/edit their own coupons (business will pay for coupon via credit card) ??" coupon must be approved by moderator before posted on the site - Master account can edit any coupon and arrange coupons in specific order - Must be able to print one coupon or the page of coupons ??" printed page should fit on a single 8 ½ x 11 piece of paper - Need a counter on all coupons printed - Logo to left of coupon should link to customer website in a new window and need a hit counter of how many times the link was clicked on in a specified period of time - All existing coupons in site need to be transferred to the new format Banner Ads - Need banner ads at top, bottom and right that can be easily changed out - banner ads for top will be 60x468, ads on the right should be 125x?? where they can be as short as 100 and as long as 500 (this will be a variable length) and square ads will be 125x125 ??" there would be 3-4 ads at the bottom of all the pages - banner ads need to link to advertisers website in a new window and reports See Contest as more requirements ## Deliverables Banner Ads - Need banner ads at top, bottom and right that can be easily changed out - banner ads for top will be 60x468, ads on the right should be 125x?? where they can be as short as 100 and as long as 500 (this will be a variable length) and square ads will be 125x125 ??" there would be 3-4 ads at the bottom of all the pages - banner ads need to link to advertisers website in a new window and reports need to be generated for advertisers on how many times their link has been clicked Contest - must have a sign up button on all pages that links to the sign up page - sign up page must request Name, Address, Email, Username & Password - Person signing up must agree to the Rules and click to accept the fact they are at least 18 years old - Visitors must visit the site once daily to win the contest.? We need a way to track visiting the site daily ??" the site should say Welcome “Name?? with each daily visit - There should be a way to update the visitor information if they have a change of address or email address - A name needs to be randomly selected daily from all the people who have signed up for the site in a year.? If there have been no more visits in the year after initial sign up, the name should be dropped.? The name that is drawn should appear on the page along with whether or not that person visited the site that day.? If the person did NOT visit the site, $10.00 gets added to the pot and a new name is drawn the next day.?
