Adult Webcamchat paysite. Must have ability to post/host cam streams. Must have user account/management capability. User must have ability to purchase subscription monthly, or prepaid points system. Must have ability to transact points from user as he/she view cams. Must integrate "Tip" button with various denominations to be transacted from user account. Must integrate "Private" button, which will transact points from user account on a per minute or per session basis. Admin must be able to adjust these rates/points system as needed and manage user accounts. Need forms for user signup, model signup. Must have profiles including pictures and descriptions of models, to be updated by models as needed. GUI will be flash and/or equivilent. GUI must be user friendly and will be tech-based with neon style text. Admin must be able to change GUI as needed, updating links, nav bars, etc. with ease.

Hi. I can provide the backend functionality for this. You would need to select a graphic designer to provide the site look and feel, I am a programmer not a graphics person. I can do the Perl dev work, HTML/CSS/JS/templates, etc. I suspect the main meat of this work is the payment integration, reconciliation etc. Can you extend budget? $1500 is 3 days development. Do you have a full specification for your features? Happy with a daily rate for the dev work?
