General Bug Fixes in Website 4 phpleader pro

Big Fixes

--1-- All new items don't appear under a menu item and don't display the SEF link. This also stops other module being published when the item is displayed

--2-- When SEF links are active, RSS Feeds don't work in various sections & components. Instead they display the same page with another url

--3-- Joomla Reset Password doesn't work, token is always invalid.

--4-- Make sure Xmap is working properly and creates automated sitemap for ALL menus
