Remake SWF Flash Decal Design Tool In HTML5

PLEASE READ ENTIRE PROJECT BEFORE BIDDING!!!!!!!!!! We have a set of FLASH based instant online design tools. We had tweo of them converted into HTML5 so that it is compatible with more operating systems and mobile devices. We have a total of 24 different design tools that need to be made in HTML5. This project is to remake the Circle Track Design Tool in HTML5. We have tried a couple different developers without much luck. You will need to have great skill in HTML5, javascript, canvas, php. The existing HTML5 tools will serve as a basis for the project. The tool allows the customer to design their decals online, selecting fonts colors, sizes and previewing it on the screen. The back end of the design tool then submits the design image via email to the customer and to us. Then the product is added to our shopping cart Miva 5.5. Please do not message or bid on this unless you have done this work before. We can provide the coding for the one existing designer, but understand that this new one is completely different. The first HTML5 tool cost us $200.00 Which was fair. You will be able to use some of the coding for this one.
