We are looking to rebuild our web site with a professional design . Something light and optimized to get correct place in google for some important key words .The site need to work correctly for the most used screen definition and web browsers . The site need to look pro and must be easy to update for us . We want to be able to promote some of our best proposal on the home page + a user friendly interface to let people move from sections . We need to have the 2 last news avaible from our company on the front page with a system to easy update news and have older news added to a different news page . You will need to correctly replace all our billing butons and links on the billing page + add a new payment page to let people pay regular prices in some steps . This is the second time i post this project due that i was scamed by the first company i assigned the work on getafreelancer. We are now waiting longer than 6 months for the design we payed 200$ in advance to this company located in india . So we will no longer be scamed this time . First of all if you dont have any positive rates for similars projects dont post any bid . Second we will need to work out with get a freelancer to have us pay them and you will be payed only when we are 100% happy from the design or work . Or we need to have some warranty about your company and experience . If you are not able to make us a official invoice from your country no need to bid on this project . No need to call me before the project auction is finish i will not assign the work outside the getafreelancer community . Also understand correctly that your bid need to include the last changes we will ask you when the design is set in production to have the design realy like we want .
