editing shipping manager

We have a rush job…….The customer would like to use [login to view URL] with their website, which is utilizing Interspire Shopping Cart. Basically, I need a module under Shipping Manager for [login to view URL] to connect directly with them. The details from the developer corner can be seen at: [login to view URL] The API caters for the following features, and we will need them all to work with stamps.com. 01) calculation of USPS postage rates, 02) standardization of addresses via USPS CASS certified address matching software 03) printing of shipping labels with integrated postage. The Interspire Shopping Cart already have the ability to calculate the USPS postage rate. Please note that this should be developed as a plugin which will utilize the [login to view URL] api and xml, which would correspond back to our shopping cart.
