iPAD POS system for retail and restaurant environment

We want to create an iPAD POS system for retail and restaurant environment. The APP needs to be compatible with Cash Drawer, USB/IP Receipt Printer, Magnetic/CHIP Credit Card Reader, Weigh Scale, Etc. We need the offline operation capability incase the network/Internet fails. And synchronize with the main database when the connection is back. We need the stock movement and stock take function. Table Manage for Restaurant Mode. We intend to provide this software solution to a Franchise environment and access to all individual franchises. Franchise owners are the admin who can manage their individual stores with Multiple terminals. We are looking for a developer who has done similar or has a working module. It’s very time consuming to write down all the features of the proposed software. Please come up with alternate solutions that you can come up with that would solve my requirement. I currently have a JAVA MSQL paces POS system, I would like to know if there is a possibility to integrates the 2 software’s together.
