PHP Website Customization - 4

Hi I am the owner of a URL Shortener website and would like some customization on my website. All the website is controlled by a dashboard. 1 : Presently, user are getting paid when their links are visited. Systems update earning in user account once a day at night and pay base on rate put in place. I need the system following those rule if it doesn't follow this no payment : - Interstitial page viewed for at least 8 seconds - Referrals must have cookies, JavaScrpit and Adobe Flash installed and enabled. - Must not be a proxy server - Must be a unique IP visitor in 24 hours. 2 : Dashboard control ads puts on my website. Ads are not getting resized on my mobile website so mobile site get deformed. I need to have a place in the dashboard to put mobile ads. 3 : Fix bug, registered user can choose between the redirect method. Right now even if he choose another method he will be redirected using Interstitial page. 4 : For my interstitial page I am using a direct link ads. I would like on top of the full page ads to have a slider ads. I will provide script to the freelancer. Plus in the header bar I would like to have an banner ads, same size as the one in the Top Banner advert redirect page. 5 : To prevent bots visit and attack I want to have a recaptcha for shorten links visited : ex : if system detect same user visited same links 10 times, systems will ask to confirm its a real human before redirecting to interstitial page. 6 : In my dashboard, I currently view number of visit per links, I would like to see number of visit and number of click on skip ads, to know number of people who really click on the button. 7 : Website is supposed to send an email to webmaster when a user ask a payment request, probably a small bug in coding ... easy fix 8 : In the code source of the website, each time a new there is a new referees for the shorten url it add the referees in the code source, probably another bug in the script. The website is based on a script I purchase, most of the fix can be done by looking at code source of script manufacturer demo website ...
