All code MUST BE VALID HTML5 AND CSS3. This is a "responsive" theme that changes the way it renders for smartphones and tablets. This ability cannot be broken by the theme mods here. You must be able to test this with devices or accurate emulators.

I know there are a zillion ways to hack a WordPress theme and I know you are some clever programmers. That is NOT what I want. I want this theme modified to do the things I need within the theme's framework - not as a one-off piece of code. The theme developer recommends creating child themes for large CSS changes. That may be pertinent in some cases, in others it will be easier to code within the developer's theme.

1. Image 1: The theme lets you assign the "Primary Color", for example "Slate Grey". I want to add a "Custom" option that will open a dialog that lets me enter a hex value of my choosing. Don't want a hack, I want this coded into the theme.

2. Image 2: On the bottom of the theme layout in Image 2 there is a grey block to be removed. The text that is currently white and bold face should be formatted the same as the theme's body text.

3. Image 3 shows where in the theme the footer text is entered. It must remain there. I don't want to format it's font, color, etc. here. (See item 2 above.)

4. Image 4: I believe this is a coding error of the theme's developer. If you change the background to white, the header text under the social icons does not appear. I need a dialog box allowing me to assign font, size, color. I don't want to go into the CSS.

5. Image 5: Something funky about this font - see the lower case "d". I want to be able to change the font type and size, and remove what appears to be a shadow or bevel or stroke.

6. Image 6:The main navigation and the panel under the slider image have a default height I want to be able to change easily. I won't be doing this frequently so I am willing to go into the CSS if the instructions are very clear. I am willing to pay a $25 bonus if you make this possible using a dialog added to the theme's builder feature.

7. Image 7: There is apparently default spacing between the "elements" in the theme. I need to be able to change this easily without going into the CSS. Perhaps an option dialog during the creation or placement or elements.

8. Image 7: This bar is part of this layout. I need to be removed - but available as a "divider" in the theme's builder. The color would match the theme's primary color.

9. Image 8: Need ability to adjust space above and below logo.

Dear coders: if you want to send me brilliant hacks and do it your way, I know some of you have mad skills but I'm not interested in one-off workarounds - thank you. I want the theme modified. This is the theme: [url removed, login to view]

I'll install the theme on a dev site for the selected bidder. I want to rename the theme and be able to install it to my live site so it must be portable.

PLEASE USE THE KEYWORD "HAGAJI" TO SHOW US YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND AGREE TO OUR PRODUCTION TERMS IF SELECTED.

"Deacon Blues, why Hagaji? What does it mean?" Well, first it shows us you're not a spammer just pasting in your generic crap. More importantly, it tells us that you pay attention to detail. And isn't that the most important thing in coding? Beyond that it, it's a word I made up. Sometimes when frustrated I'll slap my forehead and say, "Hagaji!" or if I spill Red Bull onto my keyboard I'll yell "Hagaji!".
