Site will be bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Please provide sample sites from your portfolio of flash sites and/or Web 2.0 sites that are not older then 1 year. (If you do not provide sample sites your bid will not be considered.) Will pay up to 2300.00 on bid. Will Pay only when work is done. No Escrow. Must be built on a 5star5(whatever).info domain that you can get at godaddy for $1.99. You can build on your server but it must be on a [login to view URL] domain. Once site is built, tested & approved then we will make payments and transfers to our server. Your server must be capable of sourcing code quickly for client views. This is a DB driven site in PHP, only experienced DB's code teams with Excellent Designers need to submit bids. No one man outsourcers unless you have an impeccable portfolio in Web 2.0/Flash/PHP/MYSQL in the last 12 months. Must be available DAILY for updates, Status Reports and communication.
