Need "Paid To Sign Up" script. Prefer someone that has already made one and has it ready to go after some adjustments. This is because last week I lost my regular job and don't have much money. If you already have a base script to mod from, it should cost much less.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT..... By bidding on this project, you agree that if a feature is left out that is later determined to be essential to the fluid and successful operation of the script, that you will make these necessary adjustments at no additional charge. This is why it is required that you be experienced with "Paid To" scripts. If you ARE, and can advise me, then you should have no issue with this agreement.

Script Details:
MUST have postback capability. In other words a way to track completed offers from the major cpa networks that are completed by site members. Networks like aZoggle, Neverblue, Maxbounty and the like.
MUST have entry area where CPA banner code can be added in. (the script at incentivescript dot com has this feature) All offers entered into this area will need to be displayed in the section of the site where members look at all the offers available to see which ones they wish to complete. The banner code I select for each cpa offer I chose will have a banner of about 120x120. (or whatever the nearest standard banner size is) In this area I will need to put in the amount that a member earns for completing the offer. Each cpa offer will need to be able to have its own amount for the offer. This area will need a description area where the text I add here will be displayed for each offer on the main website. (along with it's corresponding banner and amount paid for this offer) The script will need to be able to track this so that I will know how much to pay members.
MUST have newsletter signup and mass email all members.
MUST be able to single pay and mass pay with Paypal and e-Gold.
MUST be able to add modules later for paid to read, paid to click and so on. If your script already has these other features, please include them in final product with check box to enable or disable them.
MUST have easy wizard install. No manual editing of files. First setup screen should have mysql data entry fields and show error if DB info is not correct and move on to install completion if DB info is correct.
Must have banner rotator in admin with start/stop and scheduling. One banner to be displayed in header on the right side and centered top to bottom. One banner at bottom of page in center of page.
Must have an area in admin for changing the header and footer image file. It should state the required size of the header and footer size and offer a hard drive browse button for each. Then load the browsed image into the correct header and footer location. And state the name that the gif, jpg, png or bmp must be to load correctly.
Must have fraud protection : IP checking, address checking and email checking. I don't know much about this, I presume you will. Whatever it takes to prevent the SAME members from completing the same offers more than once. Even on another computer with another member account. Maybe Paypal and e-Gold same account checks.
Must have a way for members to check their completed offers, including the money they have earned.
Must have Adsense integration in admin with a way for me to chose where to place the Adsense code.
For site design, I like 80 to 85%. No pixel setting. This is open for discussion.
Now... important as well.... I have installed a few of these scripts and most all of them after installing looks like crap. I would like a few web 2.0 templates designed in the script and I can chose which one I want to use from within the admin panel.
