Therefore, when someone enters a membership number in a search application, it will take them to the profile of that member. PM Premium member pages are completely HTML template based. You can download all of the templates into your computer, open them in your favorite HTML editor application and redesign them as needed. The existing site is a simple WordPress site with no flash or animations. The header, footer, and other needed items will be given to you to incorporate into the member area and profile pages. 1. Registration and Modification Forms ??" These two forms need to be customized to match the rest of the website. Some of the data fields will be left off of the existing registration form. And some added explanation will be inserted in the forms to make them more user friendly. (You will be given the instructions to insert into these forms so you do not have to write it.) This is the page where the member can set up their profile page. Some existing features will be taken out. This will be a static page that visitors can view. The members will be able to add and change information on this page. You will design it to include four photos, registration information, text areas, and a blog. 4. A Simple Search Form ??" The membership will only be able to be searched by membership number. Therefore, the search form will be very simple. This html code will be able to be inserted into other pages and sidebars on the existing website. Profile Manager Premium includes a search form application builder that will create a search form for you. 5. Membership Area Pages ??" These are pages that are accessible only to members. Expected Results: First, customize/build the Registration and Modification Forms, a Member Welcome Page, a Profile Page, a Simple Search Form, and two Membership Area Pages. Second, confirm that the pages and forms work like they are supposed to work. Nothing complicated about this. When a person creates a profile page, the profile page is actually created with the items that should be in it. Third, the look and feel matches the existing website so the transition looks seamless as visitors travel from one area to another. Look and feel would be further described as color scheme and size of items, such as fonts and page width. ## Platform The program is already running on my server so platform is a non-issue.
