Convert Photo Shop mock ups to Dreamweaver Template Web Pages

Overview: --------- We have a web site designed in Photo Shop psd files and need 26 web pages created to look like the Photo Shop [login to view URL] web pages need to be created as Dreamweaver templates so they can be updated using Dreamweaver. There are two general styles for the pages. We've attached images of the two styles. This project will be broken into two phases. In the first phase we we need the home page and solutions page. The second phase will be the remaining pages. Deliverables: ------------ General - We will provide 17 layered Photo Shop files with the complete design. - We will need 26 web pages produced. Nine pages will be duplicates. - All images needed for pages as gif, png or jpg - All web pages compatible with Internet Explorer & Mozilla (Netscape, Firefox, etc..) browsers. - All pages look as close as possible to the provided images - Use the fewest graphics possible to ensure the page loads fast. - Must use CSS as much as possible for fonts, colors, tables, etc. For example, the home page has a 300x800 pixel header. We don't want that to be one large image. It should use a table background for much of the black area, and smaller images positioned properly. Phase 1 - Delivered 2 days or less from start of projects - Convert the Home page and Solutions page to web pages. - Provide html pages, images and Dreamweaver template files. Phase 2 - Delivered 3 days from approval of pages from phase 1 - We will provide a site map for the remaining pages - Convert the remaining pages to web pages - Provide html pages, images and Dreamweaver template files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Macitosh & Linux Internet Explorer & Mozilla (Netscape, Firefox, etc..) browsers.
