WAP + .Net small project

Basic WAP application that connects to a MySQL database to display information. Web Fetcher program something like [login to view URL] to grab news articles from [login to view URL] and Silicon Strategies SMS Gateway module A basic .net Module for other applications to use something like [login to view URL]"blah blah" . Fax Module A simple fax module that faxes html pages to a given fax number you can use any 3rd party programs but they have to be open source and free . Something like [login to view URL] will do . Database models will be provided, prefers someone who can do it FAST. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
