This software is to reproduce all the time on a huge screen on a shopping mall or a screen on a highway a set of messages in different formats. Check plattform section to see allowed formats. The display has to be allways FULL SCREEN and it has to be 100% bug free. The system has playing lists and this playlists have the ads (files to display) and can be re-arranged (move up-down) in order to change the display sequence. The playlists repeat themselves all the time. Every time an ad has to be displayed the system has to check the ad has not reached the maximum number of views it has as a setting or if it has not expired and also as soon as it is displayed on screen a counter has to increase in order to know the times it has been shown. Clients are charged for second their ads are displayed so it needs to have a reporting tool to view/print their account status/invoice. On the admin side it need a web software to be accesed through internet or intranet. The modules on the admin side are: 1.- users (2 levels, admin "full access", editor "only adding new adds") 2.- Ads 2.1.- Create new add, etablish settings (name, client, views or date range to show), playlist where it shows 2.2.- upload file (checking extension format an maximum size allowed) 3.- Playlists 3.1.- Create new list 3.2.- Select active playlist 3.3.- Order playlists (move ads up and down) 4.- Clients 4.1.- Create clients 4.2.- Edit clients 4.3.- Add ads for clients (view point 2) 4.4.- Reports and invoices (all views and times their ads have shown) PDF files for this reports as well as HTML. 5.- Reports, where you can sort and search for specific dates, clients, and print reports in PDF format. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. The viewer or software to show the ads can be web based or client server or any technology our client is open to suggestions. It is important however to be sure it keeps the memory usage low as well as the CPU. **It has to be 100% stable and crash-proof I don't want blue screens or bugs on this project. ** The DB MySQL or Access.
