Create a site like Odesk + desk top software

i am looking for some one to creat a script and site that works in the same way as [login to view URL] I am looking for to creat a freelance site that does the following Escrow Pay per project pay per hour Real time payments. IE once a coder has completed the work and the buyer has agreed its complete payment would be sent in real time. This is only for pay pal google check out and no chex customers. All other payment methods would be paid once every month. I would be looking for the same type of design. I would be looking for the desktop software that would allow the coder to update the buyer in real time. Ie Screen grabs and work time line dairy. This would allow the buyer to log in to a admin panel and view what the coder has done in real time every half hour. I am considering purchasing a script called kubelance and then i would need some once to completely change the desgn and add the extra functions. So basicly i would need to add all the functions of odesk to a free lance script. The desktop software would need to be created in java delphi or c#. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php mysql .net c#. delphi
