I will want to make changes of course using my own wording/logos and will add some sections and remove others. I will need you to implement that, (which can be discussed with the person working on this project). This project will be one part of my whole plan that I wish to have a portal site, so I would like to work with someone who is able to communicate in English well and who is easy to work with, friendly and whose work is top class. India or Eastern Europe or anywhere. This is a low budget project. I would like to work with the same expert in the future. We can build it as we go along working on all the details.
