Cakephp & Google Maps

We currently have a SQL database full of events with longitude's & latitude's and we would like to place pins on a google map for each event. They will be a lot of locations so clusters would be required. We would like a info bubble for each pin to have the title, description and a more info link, keeping in mind they may be two events at the same location. Along with the map, we would like a list, with the event title & description with highlighting feature ( if you highlight an event in list, pin bounces in the map, or if you highlight the pin the map in fades the background color of the event in the list. ) We would also like the ability of being able to move the map around, zoom in and out, and have the list update on move or zoom. By default we would like the map and list to be the country you currently in ( possible my IP Geolocation ), but then have search option, search title or location, where you can enter post code, city, address... and also a Find Me button ( using the HTML 5 Geolocation ). This is to fit into an existing website, made with CakePHP 1.3 so we would require the map to integrate successfully.
