Hello I have 2 old photos I would like to have turned into 3D motion photos like in these examples:

It looks like you would do this using Adobe After Effects, Volumax and\or Photomotion.
If you are able to do this well then i have many more photos and would be keen to work together for a future project.
The 2 photos are portraits with a single person in them. Both photos are older, one is sepia toned, the other colour. .
I may award multiple freelancers for this project.
