Sketchup photo Realistic renders

Im looking for a freelancer to make photorealistic renders of rooms to be used in a website. The image render to be high resolution quality and must follow some proportions. I have attached sample images of whatI want to achieve. All images must follow the same style proportion, we want to have a window opening where we can photoshop our product, so the freelancer will be required to only create the room with assets like furniture, objects etc. You are free to design any style of room like bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, game room etc. Only photorealist images will be accepted and that are within the correct proportions room size to window opening size, please note that the Window Width is always the same in each of the photos. To start with we will require 10 different rooms. .
