ABOUT THE ROLE/SIMPLE VERSION We are looking for speed and intelligent design to Perform, we are NOT looking for the best designs in the world. You will need to: -Create website of all kinds for operational purposes, not for external clients. -Design High Impact Banners for all kind of traffic source (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Native Ads, etc) -Create, Edit & Adapt Landing Pages (Mostly Advertorials) REQUIREMENTS -Working Fast -Being Resourceful -Strong Spanish both written and Spoken -Very Good English skills -Photoshop Advanced skills -Basic Programming skills (HTML, PHP, CSS) -At least 6 hours p/day available EXTENDED SKILLS/TO GIVE YOU THE EDGE -Italian skills, both written and spoken -PPC Advertising experience -Experience using trackers (voluum, thrive, prosper, for example) -Personal time management skills and techniques WE OFFER -Competitive salary -Very good growth opportunities based on a result oriented compensation plan -Flexible work Schedule -The opportunity to be part of a Company who really cares about people -Amazing experience in the industry
