I am a native speaker in both languages, Spanish and English. I lived in the United States for 25 years so I pretty much know the culture. I am a perfect fit for this job because I am a fast typist and a fast learner. I can type up to 60 wpm. I have worked in customer service for twenty years in which eight of those years were in a bilingual call center and 4 years working from home as a freelancer. For 2 years, I provided customer service as a part of Walmart's email team helping customers solving issues with their online orders. Then, I was transferred to the Virgin Mobile voice campaign, and once the Virgin mobile campaign closed, I was transferred to the email and chat team of Toys R Us, since they saw my commitment and great people skills. I have worked for Target's chat team, as well. I have dealt with angry customers that ended up being very pleased with the service I provided. My job is my priority.
