autofil PDF forms with data captured in a Google sheet

The 3 apps used are 1. Adobe PDF form. 2. Glide. 3. video ask. I need to take questions from a PDF form put them on a Google sheet. Then use video ask to ask those same questions - when the questions are answered with audio response, they are captured in a google sheet via the glide app. Once that process is done, the answers need to auto populate the PDF form in the answer sections for each question. If someone can do that with just one form, I have many more.
