Paid Sign Ups

I need 5000 PAID signups for my website. This is a marketing job because it requires you to know or have access to at least 5000 REAL PEOPLE. You should know a way to target tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of real people for this marketing effort so that at least 5000 have signed up in that 30 days timeframe. Sign up can come from anywhere in the world. For every 400 signups you accomplish beyond the required 5000, you will receive a $200 bonus. If you are confident that you can accomplish this consistently, I expect to work with you for many many months into the future. This project is based on results only! Payment will be made as per terms of this project. Remember: Absolutely No Spamming Allowed!!!! I may consider paying for every 500 confirmed paid signups for the duration of the project.
