Special packing task

I am going to purchase a framed picture 45 inches X 30 inches. The picture is currently in Nolanville, Texas. Because I am currently in Hong Kong, I need help with 2 things : 1) I need someone to go over and inspect the picture to make sure that there are no scratches or damage to it (I'll need you to photo and video the piece), and 2) I need someone to wrap the framed picture with LOTS of bubble wrap, styrofoam, tape, and other protective materials. I'll send all the packaging materials to the vendor, so all you'll need to do is to turn up. I'll also need you to be there to make sure that DHL picks up the correct package (and to make sure that the seller does not cheat me at the last moment by switching the picture with something else).
