Work on an existing project

Hi, I am Adhyan Mangal, Project Manager at RAMS Creative Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We are currently working on a project for which we require someone who has expertise in OpenGL/WebGL. This link has two files. The "[login to view URL]" is what we are trying to achieve. And the "[login to view URL]" is what we have achieved, In this video, you can see for the first image we have set the parameters perfectly to overlay the rug but when we changed the image (second image), the rug is not perfectly overlaid on the floor.
