Opencart PDF Invoice Customization

I am using PDF invoice exention for my opencart , i need to cusomize the total price only in admin panel. eg: if total invoice is 100 AED, that will show 95AED as products price and 5AED VAT tax (as We charge 5% in UAE)
PS: i am not showing VAT Tax on front end.
Note: website is running and sales are coming , i will give you backup, do it in localhost 1st.
