At Nubelo Talent Services we are looking for Lead Management Manager to work for a start-up in internet security sector. the company is based in 22@ in Barcelona.<br /><br />The person will be responsible for processing the company lead lifecycle.<br /><br />This is a cornerstone responsibility requiring strategic vision and strong execution capabilities.<br /><br />The ideal candidate, will not only qualify, allocate and monitor and distribute leads.<br /><br />He will supply the Sales units with qualified leads on a daily basis. He will provide full insights on the lead journey, define, optimize and monitor the lead qualification and allocation process. He/she will report to the online/Demand generation manager and will be regularly involved in cross-unit projects. He/she will provide analytics and kpi´s to Management. The Lead Management manager will be accountable for the assessment of the quality of the leads.<br /><br />You will:<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Lead prospection to complement the existing offer of leads<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Transfer and assign leads to Sales<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Data enriching and cleansing<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Assess, filter, qualify the leads comings from all sources (web, events, Referrals etc...)<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Monitor and report the lead activity on a daily /weekly basis<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Daily/ weekly activity reporting<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Monthly lead Analytics and KPI`s reporting<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Regularly assess the existing lead process and lifecycle<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Propose, drive, optimise Lead processes<br /><br /> <br /><br />Requirements:<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Rigorous, great analytical skills, detail oriented.<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Dealing with a lot data doesn’t scare you<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Mastering Excel at an advanced level for generating Analytics and reporting (will be verified during the selection process)<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->3 years+ experience dealing with lead creation, allocation, and management<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Experience with Salesforce as user and Administrator (very important)<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->English fluent<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Business acumen preferably with a sales/ marketing background (preferably but optional)<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Familiar with to deal with remote team<br /><br /><!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Flexible and resilient to changes<br />·         Confortable dealing directly with clients (Sales team and partners) to deliver great customer service<br />·         Proactive, Project leader starving for responsibilities<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We offer:<br /><br />·  Competitive salary<br /><br />·  Autonomy<br /><br />·  Fast career path, opportunity to grow fast<br /><br />·  You will join a young, energized and ambitious team composed of several nationalities<br /><br />·  A unique journey within a very dynamic industry<br />
