Hey, just buy a cheap vps hosting at a company what has unlimited plesk licenses and you can install it on 3-4 servers :). I'm managing multiple plesk and whmcs servers and I can do a lot more than just fixing the license issues so please ping me on the chat :) i'm also available on skype where we can actually talk. Hi Sir, answering your question, Yes I have the experience, working with Centos and Debian system, also I have deployed virtualized environment using Proxmox, Xen, and KVM. For monitor your Servers we could use Zabbix or ELK. Regarding to Plex, i really have not experience with this service but, i could read all the necessary documentation in how to setup this service.
