Automate website + database with geolocation data

Warning: Generic messages will not be considered I have quickly prepared this template: [login to view URL] I would like to have a mysql database for bar with several fields, including geolocation. From that database, google maps or openstreetmap will show the existing bars on the map, with the possibility of opening a marker when clicking on it. There is also a Search function, which will filter bars on the map and it will make them appear on the results list. On another page, one bar owner will have the option to add his bar fulfilling expected fields. That bar should stay on pending until administrator approval. There are a couple more functionalities but that is the main thing.
