An complete web-based Hotel Management system

We are in need of a complete package of hotel management system, for the beginning to start below are the following modules need to be there with option of extend-ability in future. The project should be a developed one not a auto generated by any open source codes. DB should be a opensource database (MySql preferred) and the web technologies should be of Microsoft. 1. Client registration 2. room booking and management 3. Restaurant billing 4. POS for restaurant 5. Inventory management for both restaurant and hotel 6. Different kind of report (configurable) 7. EOD summary 8. All the master data need to be modified using screen instead of DB update.
