Web and mobile app - React - UI, API, DB

Looking for a talented fullstack engineer(s) willing to deliver a web and mobile application that has UI, API, DB, ideally using React, ReactNative, Redux, Express or Nginx and MongoDB. Mobile side of the application will work for both iOS and Android. The theme is about matching jobseekers (personals) with job posts in an automatic way and presenting this back to both personals and employers. There is an extra level for recruiters who can manage both personals and job posts. More details to be provided on request after a high level quote is presented. I am on a tight budget and will appreciate only high professionals that are really mindful about their job. All should be delivered following good industry coding and delivery practices (please state them) and using tools like Github. A bonus point will be attention to details and a backbone of verification tests will accompany the delivery (Unit and System Tests) for the main functionality. In this phase the UI will be rather basic but rather focusing on main functions of the application. Delivery will be accompanied by clear(!) build and deploy instructions. I plan to host all this on AWS. I will not give access to AWS instances and I need step by step guidance. Use of containers (Docker) and instructions on how to build and orchestrate (Kubernetes) for delivery will be a plus. Any additional guidance, info on CI/CD will be appreciated. Regards
